Returns & Refunds: Items purchased via this site (Sweet Sounds.biz) and picked up from or shipped from our physical store may be returned and refunded within 30 calendar days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original, undamaged packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been installed in a vehicle are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. Items must be returned to Sweet Sounds, 1418 N Riverfront Dr, Mankato, MN 56001.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery or shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.

Cancellation: Orders placed via this site (Sweet Sounds.biz) that the customer has yet to pick up from our physical store may be cancelled within 30 calendar days of purchase date. Please contact us at Info@SweetSounds.com to process a cancellation. Beyond 30 days after purchase date, orders may not be cancelled and the goods will remain at our physical store to be picked up during normal business hours. Shipping, at additional cost, may be arranged under special circumstances. Any order not picked up after 365 calendar days will be forfeited.
